LHAMOUR DOES IT AGAIN! I’M IN LOVE

September 24, 2020 in Uncategorized

Honestly you guys, my love for Lhamour has only grown with the more products I try. You all know that for me clean ingredients are a must. Lhamour products are just that, a blend of natural clean ingredients that are a delight for your skin.

I have a blog post about the first products I tried from them (if you want to check it out here) and I just recently got some more products that will be reviewing soon, both here and on my YouTube channel.

I don’t need to give you much of an intro here since I’ve talked about the brand in the past (you can check it out here) but here’s a summary. Lhamour is based off Mongolia and their products are all made using natural ingredients. They are not always vegan, as they use a very revered ingredient: tallow. Tallow is basically the fat of cattle tail and it was discovered it had amazing effects on problematic skin. Since Mongolia is or used to be primarily a nomadic country, they have a philosophy of not wasting. And so they have learned to use their resources to the last bit, due to harsh environment in Mongolia. So, Lhamour has incorporated this ingredient into their products and brought it to the rest of the world.

Hand care set

This set is perfect to keep your hands feeling soft and moisturized. Which I feel is something we all need specially since we are all avoiding to spread germs. After all that hand washing and hand sanitizer using, the hands can feel specially dry. Specially if the soaps and sanis you’re using are not clean.

It comes with two products: the hand scrub and the hand butter. The hand scrub is made of coffee with a blend of oil and beeswax, making it an awesome exfoliant to remove dead skin. The hand butter is just the icing on the cake. It moisturizes your hand without feeling greasy, which is a feeling I am not particularly a fan of. It is a great product also if you have dry patches in certain areas that can get a lil itchy. You definitely don’t have to use them together, but it sure is a treat if you do!

LHAMOUR

I keep mine next to my bathroom sink, so its handy when my hands need a pick me up. I like the fact that I can use my laptop or phone right after and there is no greasy feel! Definitely a plus for me.

nettle soap

If there’s anyone out there that’s suffering from eczema, acne, and issues of the sort, this soap is for you. It has nettle in all its forms to make this soap a major power house, and you can tell. It is amazing for clearing out the skin. Even with my breakouts which are not as often now (thank God) it has helped tremendously.

LHAMOUR

I use it in the morning to wash my face from all my night sweats and it works great. I tried to use it to wash my makeup at night but I don’t think it’s the way to go. It leaves a residue so its best to use it after removing your makeup for it to work its magic. I have found that by using it before doing my makeup it helps prep my skin and my foundation looks better.

Other than that I have noticed that my random break outs have diminished. And when a pesky one pops out, it takes less time to go away completely, without marks.

bath bombs

These are some that I still haven’t gotten the opportunity to use just yet. Since we turn off our water heater completely during summer (and apparently fall) I have yet to take a bath. But I’m definitely looking forward to getting back there with a mask on my face, and these bath bombs. The trio comes with one lavender scented, a lemongrass and an orange scented bath bombs. I can’t pick which one smells the best, but they all have a bit of olive oil in them. I bet that would leave your skin crazy soft and moisturized. Mix that with the heat of the water, your open pores and boom!

LHAMOUR

So there you go, another review of Lhamour. To be honest I wasn’t surprised that I liked the products because I know already how good their quality is. I love that it is all made in small batches and that the ingredients are top notch. My only wish would be that they continue looking for more sustainable packaging. Some of their products come in aluminum tins and glass bottles so I know they are headed in the right direction.

Make sure you check the YouTube video I did about these products below! And you can check more about Lhamour on their website here!
