Not too long ago, Cannatera contacted me and asked me if I was interested at all in trying CBD skincare. I was very much intrigued. I had read very little about the topic and I didn’t know where to start but still very curious. And as you know I like doing my research before I accept any collaborations or products. I only want to share with you products that I truly believe in.
Cannatera was so helpful into bringing me up to speed on the whole CBD subject. If you are like me and want to know what it is all about, let me show you what I found:

As you can see, using skincare that contains CBD adds a lot of benefits to your routine. It will help your skin to be and look healthier. For me, it is not necessarily a matter of looking good, but looking healthy.

Cannatera creates products utilizing highly concentrated phyto-cannabinoid rich extracts as a core ingredient. Their products are designed to fight aging, protect against free radicals, and promote vibrance and elasticity of a healthy complexion for all ages.

I have been using the Cannatera Ageless Bundle, their full CBD Skincare Line. It includes the three products that they carry at the moment, the cleanser, serum and moisturizer.
The cleanser is incredible, I have been using it on bare skin as well as to remove makeup. It works really well and doesn’t dry my skin. It has a gel like texture and it foams a little bit. Smells really good, a subtle scent of lavender.
Step 2 is the serum. It is not very runny which makes it very easy to pump and apply all over smoothly. I like to pat it all over my face and neck instead of rubbing it to avoid pulling my skin.
Step 3 is the moisturizer. I have found it better to apply the moisturizer while the serum hasn’t dried yet, as it is very rich. This tip was shared by the Cannatera team and thought that was very useful. If pat it around my face and neck and that way it is easier to spread.
Using the three steps together leaves my skin feeling very clean and smooth. I specially like to use it at night because my skin doesn’t feel super greasy in the morning.
Cannatera uses the best quality CBD for its product and you can tell. My skin had reacted to the sun since moving to Arizona. This happens to my skin from time to time when it suffers drastic changes. Now that it is getting back to its normal self, I can see how powerful these products are. Also I really appreciate that the products come in glass containers. I have been focusing on reducing the amount of plastic on my skincare routine (for safety and environmental issues). Also, I have been using them for about 3 weeks, and the bottles still pretty full, so I can tell they’ll last a long time.
