Mango Sorbet
This super easy recipe is perfect for a cold treat on a summer day, or any day really!

- 4 fresh mangoes (mangos) You can also use frozen fruit
- ½ cup water
- ⅓ cup honey or any liquid sweetener of choice
Peel mangoes, cut in smaller pieces and place a sheet pan. Remove mango seed.
Place in freezer for about 3-4 hours, until completely frozen.
Mix water with honey in a glass or bowl to create a syrup, set aside.
Once frozen, add mango bits in blender and add the water/honey mix.
Blend until smooth, then pour mix onto a container and cover.
Place in freezer for an additional hour.
Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
You can use any liquid sweetener you prefer or have on hand.
